Purchase & Returns Policy — Free Human, S.L.
Welcome to Free Human. Access to and use of www.freehuman.global is governed by our Terms and Conditions, available in our Legal notice. By accessing the website, registering or placing an order, the User expressly accepts both our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy policy. For any query, write to contacto@freehuman.global.
1. Purchase process
1.1. To buy products, the User follows the process indicated on the site and confirms the order after accepting these conditions. Once complete, we send a confirmation email with the order details.
1.2. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after you confirm, we will contact you to offer an equivalent product or fully refund the amount paid within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
1.3. Orders ship from Spain; estimated delivery times are fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days depending on destination. No deliveries or pickups occur on weekends or holidays.
1.4. Free Human is not responsible if delivery fails due to incorrect data, recipient absence or incidents outside the courier service (including customs holds).
1.5. Orders outside the European Union (or shipped to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and/or Melilla) may be subject to taxes, duties or tariffs at destination, payable by the User directly to the carrier on delivery.
1.6. For any delivery problem (order not received, damaged or lost), contact info@freehuman.global with your order number and the specific issue.
1.7. Prices shown on the site include applicable taxes and are expressed in EUROS.
1.8. Shipping costs and any customs fees are indicated before completing the purchase.
1.9. All communication regarding orders, returns or queries must be made via info@freehuman.global.
2. Returns and refunds policy
2.1. You may return any product within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
2.2. Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Free Human covers return costs only for shipping-address errors or when the product differs from the order, not otherwise.
2.3. To process a return or exchange, first contact info@freehuman.global. Once we receive and verify the product, we refund within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days using the original payment method.
2.4. As orders are processed immediately, they cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you do not wish to keep the order, you may return it under this policy.
2.5. Returns and refunds are not accepted for personalized products or products purchased through giveaways and/or special promotions with discounted prices.
3. Liability
3.1. Free Human is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, nor for technical failures of the website or third-party services (such as logistics providers or payment gateways).
3.2. This limitation does not affect consumer rights and does not exclude liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
4. Applicable law and jurisdiction
4.1. The relationship between Free Human and the User is governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the User's domicile.
